NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS

  • Take life as it comes. Stop worrying about what stupid things I did in the past and how fast the future is coming and just think about the good things that are happening now in the present.
  • Get organized and stay organized! Stop letting things slip when I am having "a bad week" or am just too plain lazy. Get rid of a lot of things in a few months when I move. Donate and throw away all of the stuff I never use.
  • Take more time for myself. Get off of the the computer and sew, read, play a game, anything.
  • Be more cautious of my money. I am pretty certain I have developed a condition known as oniomania and I cannot stop shopping! I need to be more aware of my budget and save more money so I can afford a new vehicle and maybe someday soon a house!
  • Try cooking something new every once in awhile. I like cooking and never try to for fear of screwing it up and wasting time and money. I got a few new cookbooks as well as some awesome aprons for Christmas so I should have plenty of ideas on hand.
  • Eat better and exercise more. Last year I started off doing really well with this and completely gave up halfway through. I am going to stick to it for good.
  • Complain less and try to fix the things that are bothering me, be it where I live or where I am working.
  • Last but not least, be a happier person! Life is short, stop wasting it!

Edit: (March 22, 2011)
I think I have pretty much accomplished my resolutions from last year. Even though I am unemployed, I am at a good place in life right now where I have the opportunity to decide where and how I want to live. I can step back and think about what I want to do with my life. Even though times are hard financially, I feel positive about the future.

I am convinced this is what REALLY happened with the LCROSS mission...

I think NASA is playing us all. Did you watch live coverage of what happened on the moon? I did and I didn't see anything. Have you ever watched Mars Attacks? You know that one scene where humans shoot a bomb at the aliens and they pretty much eat it? Well, that is what happened on the moon. And NASA told all of their people if something like this happened to act normal and as if they accomplished their mission successfully. After awhile, we won't hear anything more about this and NASA will try to make us believe that nothing strange happened. Well, I know and I won't forget.
